no i dont think that an aptitude test is a good indicator of predicting sucess in college cause its not gona tell you if a person is gona study hard or apply them selves in college. i also dont think a persons high school grades is gona tell you if a person is going to successful in buisness because people change who u were in high school doesnt meant that is who u will be in ur adult life or in the corporate world.achievement motivation is very important for success in buisness because you need to be motivated to handle every task that that may come ur way big or small.you can get ur employees to to have higher achievement motivation by using incintives.it depends on the job and how demanding the job is. yes the needs can be satisfied in diffrent ways. yes some people are thinkers and others are doers. not neccassarily. not neccassarilly. i was a thinker and decided to put my thoughts into actions and be a doer also. yes they can put their thoughts into actions. it keeps you on your toes and helps make u a multitasker.
